Exterior was great. Interior, as soon as you walk in, is modern and welcoming. Spotlessly clean throughout. All Staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. View from our room - of the Stadium - was amazing. Room had Blackout Curtains - these were so good that we slept until 9:45 (not our usual sleep pattern), and the room was still pitch black. A lovely touch was the birthday card that was waiting for us in the room, for my partners birthday that weekend. The fact that there’s a football pitch upstairs, on the roof, was awesome. You don’t HAVE to be up there to play a game, you can just go up to enjoy the panoramic views of the city and the surrounding hills. Tram stop is a mere 5 minute walk across the road, at the riverside.

I booked early in advance when I bought my so I got a really reasonable price. I am blind in one eye & have had numerous brain surgeries which made me feel apprehensive & a little nervous ahead of the trip as it was the most adventurous & nervous thing I have done in the last 4 years but my mindset is to live life & enjoy regardless of abilities & disabilities. I was cabin crew for 17 years & have stayed all over the world in many “chain hotels” I have to say the Football hotel exceeded any expectations I may have had the location, the rooms, the presentation & upkeep of the hotel was exceptional
. But above all the staff on reception were the biggest assets friendly, helpful & typically welcoming as Northern people are 😊

This really is an amazing hotel. It is situated right next to Old Trafford and the location is fantastic. we had a class of 92 Room and it had an amazing view of Old Trafford. The hotel is so affordable, the football theme running through the hotel/restaurant just makes it that bit more special. The staff were great, no faults to this place at all! We enjoyed dinner and breakfast and the breakfast was delicious and very affordable too. This Hotel is perfect for any football lover. The rooms are incredibly clean, stylish and the complimentary snacks in our fridge were the icing on the cake, thanks hotel football!

We were really impressed with Hotel Football. The friendly staff welcome, spotlessly clean room and great hosts in the restaurant. Really genuine hospitality and it's obvious the staff enjoy working there. We stayed one night before my son Diego did a football trial and it was a great inspiration for the stay. He loved taking a few shots up on the roof terrace astro pitch as well. Delicious dinner was served swiftly and with a smile. Breakfast was also exceptional with great coffee, fruits, pastries as well as hot food to order. We were warmly greeted by all departments and would love to stay there again.

Excellent hotel ... Booked for a stay before an early morning Old Trafford Tour with my 9 year old Son. He loved the place ... the rooms ... the stocked fridge, the restaurant AND hE absolutely LOVED the football pitch on the roof/9th floor. In fact we went up 3 times on the 1st day and again on the 2nd day. We will definitely be back - my Son had asked to come back to :the best hotel he has ever stayed in". Breakfast was lovely too & it was great to have plenty of choice on the menu.
